The rooms are spacious and cozy, and I loved the free coffee machine in the lobby! You can chill out in the relaxation room or enjoy a movie in the entertainment area. Just a heads up, they could pay a bit more attention to cleaning the bathrooms, but it wasn't a big deal at all! 😊

I stayed at Citadines for four nights in a Classic Room. The location impressed me right away, just steps from the Kagran U-Bahn station. Getting to the city center took only about 15 minutes. The apartment was spotless and had a modern feel. I loved the well-equipped kitchenette. it made preparing meals easy. Grocery shopping was a breeze with a Spar located right downstairs. The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly, always ready to help. One highlight was the rooftop bar. the views were great while enjoying a drink. However, I did notice some issues. The air conditioning struggled during the hot days. It wasn’t able to keep the room cool enough. The absence of daily room cleaning was a bit inconvenient, but I was informed about it during check-in. Still, these minor things didn’t overshadow my stay. I would definitely consider returning for the value offered and the convenient amenities.

Impressive apartment with modern amenities, including a handy app-controlled laundry facility. The top terrace offers stunning views, especially at night. The staff truly shine. they went above and beyond to assist with a hospital visit. Breakfast options weren't included, but a spar shop with fresh artisan bread is conveniently located downstairs.

The Classic Room was spacious and comfortable, with nice decor that felt modern and welcoming. The pillows and bed were great for a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice bonus. Only downside was needing to ask for things like toothbrushes, and it took a while to find the hotel entrance at first.

If you're into local eats, the Thai dishes at nearby restaurants will blow your mind! Plus, the views from the rooftop terrace during sunset can't be missed. You also get free coffee and tea, which adds a cozy touch to your stay.
We had a hiccup with the air conditioning—29 degrees at 9 PM! Though the male staff weren't the most helpful, the ladies shined with great service. And the gym access was a flop due to a faulty lock.
