The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly, always ready to help. One highlight was the rooftop bar. the views were great while enjoying a drink. However, I did notice some issues. The air conditioning struggled during the hot days. It wasn’t able to keep the room cool enough. The absence of daily room cleaning was a bit inconvenient, but I was informed about it during check-in. Still, these minor things didn’t overshadow my stay. I would definitely consider returning for the value offered and the convenient amenities.

We had a hiccup with the air conditioning—29 degrees at 9 PM! Though the male staff weren't the most helpful, the ladies shined with great service. And the gym access was a flop due to a faulty lock.
